Casa das Freiras

The film ‘Casas das Freiras’, produced by Building Pictures, reveals two integrated projects by the architect Mário Martins, conceived simultaneously, but as distinct parts of the same set, in the city of Lagos in Algarve.

It is with aerial images of the city that in the distance you can see the walls that surround the block where the two-family homes are located. Next, are plans for the white façades of the houses, and the huge windows that let in the light from the outside.

The film invites the viewer to take a tour of the houses and to get to know the different spaces of the kitchen, living and dining rooms and bedrooms.
