Samuel Gonçalves - Sustainability

“Construction Processes – that allow greater optimization, and even greater monitoring of resources which are used in the construction industry – will naturally reduce the consumption of these resources.

For example, resources such as energy and water, which are needed to build buildings.” (Samuel Gonçalves from the architecture studio Summary) We were invited by Concreta to challenge architects to talk about sustainability. We chose Samuel Gonçalves for the innovative work he has been doing at Summary, with prefabricated building systems, and this film is the result of the challenge.

Concreta (Portugal's fair in the field of Construction, Rehabilitation, Architecture, and Design), which will take place from the 13th to the 16th of October, will be an excellent opportunity to discuss the sustainability in architecture and how the industry of construction is adjusting to new challenges.
